What are your hours of Business?
Orders can be placed 24hrs a day, seven days a week via our online shop. All orders will be dealt with during normal office hours - 09.00 to 17.30 Monday to Friday. Our office will be closed on Bank Holidays.

What are your delivery costs?
Orders received before 12.00noon will be despatched the same day. Orders received after 12.00pm will be despatched the following day. Your order should arrive within 1 to 3 days.
Postage and packaging charges are charged at: orders under £20.00 @ £2.95 and orders over £20.00 @ £4.95 per order. (please note this these charges are per order not per item).
Express Next Day Delivery - Blue Gingham also offers a next day delivery service for orders received before 12 noon at a cost of £8.95. If you order on a Friday, your order will be despatched on the following Monday.
Please note - All orders will be sent Royal Mail 1st class and will be sent by recorded mail and will require a signature.
Please note that during Royal Mail postal strikes, orders will be dispatched in the normal way but will be subject to delivery delays.

Do you provide a gift wrapping service?
No, we are currently sourcing our own personal gift wrapping materials and plan to launch this service in 2008, however, most of our products already come presented in beautiful, classic gift boxes.

What countries do you deliver to?
We can deliver parcels anywhere in the UK. Sorry no international posting available.

How long does it take to dispatch my order?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, providing items are in stock. During busy periods this may not always be possible.
Please note that during Royal Mail postal strikes, orders will be dispatched in the normal way but will be subject to delivery delays.

Who delivers my order?
Most orders are delivered by Royal Mail using Recorded Delivery, or Next Day Special Delivery.

Yes, orders can be dispatched to a different address to the billing address, providing it is within the UK.
