What are your hours of Business?
Orders can be placed 24hrs a day, seven days a week via our online shop. All orders will be dealt with during normal office hours - 09.00 to 17.30 Monday to Friday. Our office will be closed on Bank Holidays.
What are your delivery costs?
Please allow up to 7 days for delivery, Delivery is now FREE on all orders.
Express Next Day Delivery - offers a next day delivery service for orders received before 12 noon at a cost of £6.95. If you order on a Friday, your order will be despatched on the following Monday. If you require next day delivery please email once you have placed your order and we will see you a seperate invoice ti include P&P.
Please note - All orders will be sent Royal Mail 2ndclass. Unless otherwise instructed.
Please note that during Royal Mail postal strikes, orders will be dispatched in the normal way but will be subject to delivery delays.
Do you provide a gift wrapping service?
No, we are currently sourcing our own personal gift wrapping materials and plan to launch this service in 2009, however, most of our products already come presented in beautiful, classic gift boxes.
What countries do you deliver to?
We can deliver parcels anywhere in the UK. Sorry no international posting available.
How long does it take to dispatch my order?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, providing items are in stock. During busy periods this may not always be possible.
Who delivers my order?
Most orders are delivered by Royal Mail , or Next Day Special Delivery.
Can I select a different billing from delivery address?
Yes, orders can be dispatched to a different address to the billing address, providing it is within the UK.
What payment options are available?
All our online transactions are made using Paypal.
